Franchises Monetization
Restaurant franchisees and corporate operators can assess store Wi-Fi for eligible carrier-funded offload, one location or a portfolio at a time. IDCTS reviews each store's equipment, network authority and customer-area coverage; a brand-wide rollout is not assumed.
New to this model? See how Wi-Fi monetization works for venue owners.
An initial venue-fit review considers these requirements; no site is automatically eligible:
Multi-location fast-casual or quick-service restaurant footprints
Standardized enterprise Wi-Fi deployments across stores
Consistent daily customer traffic and dining room dwell time
Under the current IDCTS program, qualifying venues receive a 50% share of eligible attributed offload revenue, subject to program terms and carrier approval, with no monetization program fees. Existing equipment may be usable after review; compatibility and earnings are not guaranteed. Optional managed Wi-Fi work is separate.
Restaurant brand references
Information supplied to IDCTS identifies Chipotle and Panda Express locations as already wired. Supporting case studies are pending; location counts, activation status, and results have not been independently verified.
These references do not imply chain-wide deployment, brand endorsement, or an IDCTS customer relationship. We review each participating location’s equipment, network authority, and carrier eligibility separately.

Standardized equipment can simplify a multi-site review, but store-by-store coverage, ownership and carrier eligibility still matter. A franchise agreement alone does not authorize network changes.
Check Wi-Fi coverage and eligible use where diners wait or sit; drive-through volume is not a substitute for on-network traffic.
Confirm who owns the network and can approve changes at each store, including any third-party Wi-Fi provider and operating constraints.
A portfolio can be reviewed together, but each location needs network authority, technical compatibility and carrier approval. No chain-wide activation is implied.
No. Carrier-funded offload uses eligible supported subscriber traffic, separate from guest Wi-Fi ads or paid access.
No. IDCTS reviews each deployment's APs, controller, coverage and spare capacity before proposing configuration.
