High-rises Monetization
Commercial high-rise owners and network operators can assess compatible indoor Wi-Fi for carrier offload in authorized common areas. IDCTS reviews floor-by-floor coverage, tenant boundaries and building network control before discussing eligible revenue.
New to this model? See how Wi-Fi monetization works for venue owners.
An initial venue-fit review considers these requirements; no site is automatically eligible:
Large commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, or city-center networks
Dense concentration of mobile devices indoors where cellular macro signals struggle
Enterprise-grade Wi-Fi infrastructure already deployed
Under the current IDCTS program, qualifying venues receive a 50% share of eligible attributed offload revenue, subject to program terms and carrier approval, with no monetization program fees. Existing equipment may be usable after review; compatibility and earnings are not guaranteed. Optional managed Wi-Fi work is separate.
Indoor signal challenges can make offload worth evaluating, but a building owner cannot assume control of tenant networks or that every floor is covered.
Map authorized common areas and determine whether tenant networks or floors require separate permission and review.
Review AP compatibility, backhaul, firewalls, segmentation and change windows with the authorized network operator.
Not without network authority. Tenant-owned or third-party managed networks need their own permission and technical review.
No. Coverage, supported devices, carrier approval and eligible attributed traffic determine whether the network generates revenue.
Possibly. IDCTS first checks hardware, controller configuration, coverage and available capacity; additional changes may be needed.

Could your existing Wi-Fi qualify for carrier-funded revenue? We’ll review your location, network details, and usage potential—at no cost.
Request an assessment for one venue or multiple locations. This is an initial fit review, not a security audit, carrier approval, or earnings guarantee.
Add one row per site and equipment group. Split mixed AP vendors or indoor/outdoor placement into separate rows. You can submit partial details for initial review.
