Healthcare Monetization

Healthcare Wi-Fi monetization

Hospitals and healthcare facilities keep patients, families and visitors connected during appointments and longer stays. IDCTS assesses authorized visitor Wi-Fi in waiting rooms, lobbies and public areas for eligible carrier-funded offload, separately from clinical and medical-device networks.

What we review for healthcare

An initial venue-fit review considers these requirements; no site is automatically eligible:

Authorized visitor networks in hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities

Reliable coverage and spare capacity in waiting rooms, lobbies and public areas

IT approval of network separation, security controls and change management

Transparent Terms

Under the current IDCTS program, qualifying venues receive a 50% share of eligible attributed offload revenue, subject to program terms and carrier approval, with no monetization program fees. Existing equipment may be usable after review; compatibility and earnings are not guaranteed. Optional managed Wi-Fi work is separate.

Visitor connectivity, separate from clinical systems

Evaluate public and visitor Wi-Fi with hospital IT. Patient care, medical devices and protected systems remain separate from the proposed offload scope.

Waiting rooms and public areas

Identify visitor coverage, device usage and spare backhaul in lobbies, waiting rooms and other authorized areas.

Clinical network separation

Hospital IT must review security controls, segmentation and change windows. Clinical and medical-device networks are not assumed available for offload.

Healthcare questions

Can hospital offload use clinical Wi-Fi?

Clinical and medical-device networks are not assumed eligible. A hospital review starts with authorized visitor or public areas and requires IT approval of separation and security controls.

Do patients or visitors need to pay?

No guest charge is required for carrier-funded offload. Only supported subscribers on an approved network can generate eligible attributed revenue.

Can clinics request an assessment?

Yes. An authorized clinic or network operator can submit its visitor-area network for equipment, coverage and capacity review.

Complimentary Venue Assessment

Could your existing Wi-Fi qualify for carrier-funded revenue? We’ll review your location, network details, and usage potential—at no cost.

Request an assessment for one venue or multiple locations. This is an initial fit review, not a security audit, carrier approval, or earnings guarantee.

Add one row per site and equipment group. Split mixed AP vendors or indoor/outdoor placement into separate rows. You can submit partial details for initial review.
